Account deletion

Request deletion with a person involved.

Kulohi does not yet offer a complete self-service deletion flow. Send a request from the email address connected to the account so the team can verify ownership and explain the current deletion process before acting.

Email an account deletion request

What to expect

A manual process with clear verification.

  1. 1

    Write from the account email

Include the words “account deletion request.” Do not send passwords, private Robin transcripts, identity documents, or other sensitive material unless the support team gives a specific secure instruction.

  2. 2

    Verify account ownership

Kulohi may need to confirm the request before changing an account, especially where invitations, family roles, billing records, or Legacy decisions are involved.

  3. 3

    Review what can be removed

The team will explain the current treatment of profile data, Robin conversation history, memories, photographs, reminders, Kindred material, derived data, backups, and any information that must be retained for legal, security, or billing reasons.

Current limitation

Do not assume an email instantly erases everything.

The request begins a verified manual process. Complete export, derived-data cleanup, backup expiration, post-death authority, and self-service deletion behavior still require final operational and legal definitions.

Read the Privacy Policy and Legacy policy for the currently published terms.
