What is included?
Founders Membership includes Robin, reminders, daily rhythm, Life Stories, Circle, Orbit, and the foundation for Legacy Book creation.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Kulohi is a monthly membership. When production billing is fully opened, cancellation and subscription management will be handled through the billing portal.
What happens to my stories?
Stories remain part of the member's Life Story inside Kulohi. They are treated as meaningful family material, not disposable chat history.
What happens after someone passes away?
Trusted family members may choose to create a Legacy Book from the Life Story preserved through Kulohi, with verification and consent checks handled carefully.
Is this medical care?
No. Kulohi is not medical care, emergency monitoring, or a clinical service. It supports daily life, reminders, stories, connection, and legacy.
Can family members help manage it?
Yes. Circle and Orbit are designed so trusted people can help with context, updates, reminders, and support while respecting privacy boundaries.
How does the Legacy Book work?
Kulohi builds a Life Story over time. After 12 months of active membership, one Legacy Book is included at no additional cost when requested through the Legacy Program. Early requests and additional copies may be available separately.
